We act on the mediation of the negotiations among the parties, as a deal counsel, or on behalf of the financial institution, of investors, or of the lending party, preparing, discussing and revising the deal documents in view of the Brazilian applicable law and regulation.
Our team has notable experience in funding for real estate development and investment, having acted in several public offers of quotas of Real Estate Investment Funds and Real Estate Receivables Certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários) with many different underlaying structures (standard leases, built-to-suit leases, real estate bank credit, corporate bonds, purchase and sale receivables, surface rights receivables, and others).
In other segments, we represent our clients in large-scale project finance deals, advising from the evaluation of the legal issues of the project to be financed until the negotiation of the contracts and the relationship with Brazilian regulatory agencies.
